Didn't have milk. Or lemons. So! Replaced the milk with plain yogurt, nicked the lemon zest(though I still had lemon juice in there), and added some oregano! It was very good! Added some portobello mushrooms and dusted with nutritional yeast. Great recipe, thank you!!1Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7608706408360417857.post-8116102922779562552010-04-24T07:40:47.179+01:002010-04-24T07:40:47.179+01:00Thanks for the comments!

I haven't tried this with other milks, obviously you won't get the creaminess that coconut milk provides so I'm not sure if other ingredients need to be modified. You might need a thickener of some sort - cornflour, arrowroot etc... hope it works out! :):) Oat or Soy Cream probably could be replaced easily....Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17733503025531290452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7608706408360417857.post-46171674260999358782009-11-17T14:18:15.040+00:002009-11-17T14:18:15.040+00:00Delicious... but are the spinach cooked or raw ? ...Delicious... but are the spinach cooked or raw ?
